Blaise the Seeker's new project self titled Blaise the Seeker is a two piece band consisting of Bass and Drums. Every track brings spooky grooves that deliver satisfying melodic riffs with absolutely no filler. Inspired by groove metal, stoner metal, hard rock, and Hypnotic Sacred Holy Fumes. The is the first single from a full length album to be released in February 2021.
The Whip stands out on its own with Bach like chord changes and a relentless drive of winning an argument at any cost.
The Crack of the whip could be literal if meant to invoke the Spanish Inquisition or any torture that forces a mind to be changed. There is also an interpretation floating around of the equine variety. Could it be the crack of the whip that drives a horse around in circles, the whip that breaks a horse into submission so that he can be tamed and ridden. Maybe this is a story about a horse named Philosophy, A character that will join the Blaisenasium, the world of Blaise the Seeker.
